In
becoming a teacher you get to deal with the question of why you have chosen
this career path. The weird facial expressions while you answer
people are hilarious. It is almost like
speaking a foreign language to people but they are too nice to tell you they do
not understand you. You could have the best answers and perhaps let the person
understand your foreign language, but talk is cheap.
You
got to earn the right to stand in front of a classroom. You got to grow and
evolve your reason for being there. Your perspective alone will not make you a success.
You also need to know the children’s perspective. You got to meet them halfway,
earn their trust and only then will you be able to mold the future and call
yourself a teacher.
This
blog is open our minds and hearts to children in order to understand and to
guide as teachers.
